Taylor, whose clubs included Aston Villa, also left £5,000 each to his three grandchildren.
His will was drawn up seven months before he died of a suspected heart attack in his sleep at home in Kings Langley, Hertfordshire.
Taylor was a defender at Grimsby before becoming Lincoln City manager, aged 28, in 1972.
He took Watford from the old Division Four to runners-up in the top-flight in 1983. He became England manager in 1990 but famously failed to qualify for the 1994 World Cup.
